In addition to those already mentioned, head over to The Blue Marble in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. The Blue Marble is an independent children's bookstore serving the area since 1979. They stock over 30,000 titles, plus educational games, toys, and much, much more.

Blue Manatee in Oakley is a children's bookstore.

Also Joseph Beth in Rookwood Pavilion has a nice children's area with tons of books and educational toys.
