What are the best Italian restaurants in Cincinnati?

Cincinnati has some really good Italian restaurants. Nicola's in Over-the-Rhine is a good place to start. Primavista, on the west side, offers a fabulous view of the city as well as good Italian food. Bella Luna at the east end of Cincinnati is a popular, romantic Italian restaurant. The northern suburbs also offer several Italian dining gems. Barresi's in Deer Park and Germano's in Montgomery both offer wonderful Italian cuisine and excellent service; they are both well worth the drive.
