What is rush-hour traffic like on Cincinnati highways?

Rush hour traffic in Cincinnati, while not as bad in larger metropolitan areas, is pretty heavy heading into and out of the Downtown Cincinnati area. Traffic on Interstate 75 tends to be heavier than on Interstate 71, but there are certain spots that tend to be heaviest. A lot of the places where traffic is heavy are where other major connectors or highways come together or diverge.
