There are a lot of companies that provide snow removal services. Most of the companies that perform landscaping in the warmer months, turn to snow removal for income in the winter months. So, if there is a lawn service that you choose, you may want to stick with that company. I live in a condo community and we use Frederick's Landscaping for lawn services and snow removal. A lot of the time the companies that do snow removal may want to stick to a certain part of town, so you may want to check which neighborhoods they cover. If you live in the City of Cincinnati, they remove snow from main roads first and then side roads when they can get to them (so if it's a bad snowstorm, it might take them a while.) If you have a long driveway or are a business owner looking to clear a parking lot, you might want to get quotes from several companies before deciding. I also recommend becoming a member of Angie's List and checking out the reviews of various companies before making a decision. Unlike the Better Business Bureau, companies do not pay to be listed with Angie's List.
