It really depends on where you live and what you're looking for in programming. There are some places where you might not be able to get Time Warner (I know this has been a problem for some Indian Hill homeowners), but you also might not be able to get one of the satellite services because of the need for a satellite dish to access the directional signal. If you are a football fan and want to have access to all football games, you'll need to get DirecTV, because it's the only one with the NFL Sunday ticket. Time Warner offers both phone and internet service, so you can bundle that with their cable service for a better price. DirecTV can bundle with your Cincinnati Bell home phone, cell phone, and/or internet service for a discount. Check to see which service is available in your area, offers what you're looking for, and the pricing you want (there are wide ranges for the various services). I have DirecTV, which is bundled with my home phone and internet service; I get a monthly credit on my DirecTV bill. My parents recently made the switch to Time Warner and my mom says their bill for cable, phone, and internet is now less than they were paying before with DirecTV and Cincinnati Bell. I don't know anything about Dish.
