I highly recommend Cafe Mediterranean in Blue Ash. They have really, really good Mediterranean food. They are a little on the pricey side, but so worth it. There are actually quite a few Mediterranean restaurants around Cincinnati. Another good place to check out is Pera Mediterranean in Mt. Lookout.
