Can anybody tell me what it might cost for a 2 bedroom apartment in Civic Center, New York City?

You can find a lot of Flex 2 bedrooms -- meaning the 1 bedroom is so big, you can throw up another wall -- for $2500 / month. But, a true 2 bedroom goes for around $4000 / month in this neighborhood. I think that's ridiculous for Civc Center area but I didn't make the rules.
