Civic Center, New York City - What are home prices like at the lower, middle and top end?

The low range for the area is around $2000 / month but that's for like a flex 1 or studio that's big enough to throw a wall up (a lot of people do that here). $2500 / month is mid range for a one bedroom and anything at $3500 / month and over is pretty high
