"Quiet, Friendly, great for people working in Telecom corridor."
Clear Springs drive is a nice peaceful neighbourhood. Its on the border of garland and richardson and plano limits are not very far either.
People are nice, not much traffic. There is crowley park very close by where they have a little lake/pond. I've seen people playing ball over there.
There is a golf course close by. Also on jupiter road there are tennis courts where u can play for a fee of $2.
Good locality for people working in companies like cisco systems, rockwell collins etc.
Hwy 75 and Bush turnpike are easily accesible. Walmart and Samsclub Garland are about 3-4 miles away.
Garland library is also abt 3 miles away.
The only drawback is if you travel using public transport, the closest bus stop is at the intersection of jupiter and lookout, other than that its a great neighbourhood.
Clear springs pkwy, the one that is south of lookout drive is more quiet, has bigger houses and seems more safe too......
