On Main Street you’ll find the Cold Spring Harbor Pharmacy, which is a lovely family-owned store. Unfortunately, this means that it is not a 24-hour pharmacy, but it does have fairly generous late and weekend hours, and it’s a great place to find unique gifts and botanicals.
If you’re looking for a 24-hour store, continue on Main Street two minutes up the road. There is a Rite Aid just inside Huntington Village.
