"Less Than 20 Minutes To 494 Interchange in Eden Prairie"
Great schools in Cologne... Cologne public schools spend $12,541 per student. The average school expenditure in the U.S. is $12,435. There are about 18.1 students per teacher in Cologne.
Schools are great and houses are very affordable. If you're looking for a home with a country feel yet close to the city make sure you add Cologne to you list.

"Head West"
Cologne is just west of Chaska and before NYA off Hwy 212. Cologne has a more rural feel but plenty of shopping and amenities nearby. Still a manageable commute to Minneapolis or the MSP Airport. Housing is more affordable than cities like Chanhassen and Chaska. There is a wide selection from farms, hobby farms to developments and new construction. Definitely a fabulous choice for those looking for a more rural setting.
Pros
- Good Schools
- Shopping nearby
- Rural setting
