The best thing about living in Cortlandt, would be the natural beauty and inherent tranquility of the area. If peace and quiet and pretty landscapes are what you are yearning for, then you can get it in Corlandt for a modest price tag, at least in light of it being in otherwise quite expensive Westchester County.
