Suggestions for places/areas to move to in Cory Merrill neighborhood?

I am very interested in moving my family to this neighborhood...after researching the middle school, I am sold! Now I need to find a rental. Preferably a 2 (if basement) or 3 bdrm close to Cory- Merrill. If anyone out there has any suggestions as to how to go about this it would be greatly appreciated! I have been in my current home for 8 years now an I am out of the loop : ) I won't be looking to rent until around July of this coming summer, I would like my daughter to finish up her year at her current school before I uproot her!

When the time gets closer, I'd watch Craigslist or hotpads.com for rentals. The prices in that neighborhood tend to get lower as you go further south -- they're highest in Bonnie Brae and Belcaro, and lower when you go south of Mississippi into South Bonnie Brae, and lower still south of Florida in Cory Merrill. All a GREAT neighborhood. And if nothing comes up there, you can go east of Colorado Blvd. into Virginia Village, where prices are significantly lower. All a great part of town!
