Things to do in Crocker Amazon, San Francisco - any tips from locals?

The Broken Record is the hippest place for food and drink. I like Mama's art cafe, too. Cafe Bar Grill and Henry's Hunan. For burritos, I like Guadalajara. Exploring McClaren Park (stay on the Exclesior side), hiking up San Bruno mountain (accessible from Crocker, but not in there.) Basically it's a good place to live if you want a house and a yard and a mellow feel, not really a destination..maybe someday.
