"A small area located within Federal Heights"
Denver Cascade lies within the Federal Heights neighborhood. This area is a mobile home park with prices starting in the mid 20s. They have very specific rules about living here and they check your criminal background, credit report, and employment history. None of the homes are available for renting or subletting in an effort to keep the transient crowd from moving in. They allow pets but require them to be registered with the office and no vicious breeds are allowed. The community has a clubhouse and a good sized pool.
The area borders Federal Blvd. which can get busy with traffic but is bordered by neighborhoods on three sides which help to keep the noise down. Although there are no restaurants or businesses within the park, it is surrounded by both dining and shopping options all around. The central location allows for quick access to I-25 for people who commute to work.
St. Anthony North Hospital located just outside of Federal Heights on 84th Blvd and is mere minutes away.
