"Downtown Shopping and Entertainment Scene"
Not only is the Downtown Business District a popular area for thriving businesses, it is also growing in terms of local arts and entertainment options.
From the Historic Pioneer Place and The Paramount Theatre ( featuring bands such as the "Fabulous Armadillos", "Collective Unconscious" and live theatre performances ), new and exciting restaurants ( my favorite is The White Horse on St Germain Street ) and quaint shops with fun items you don't find in the chain stores, there is something for everyone.
Ample parking and kid friendly by day, while the nightlife has the energy of a college town. A great mix for all ages and interests.
