Grocery stores in Downtown, San Francisco - any recommendations?

Wholefoods, Costco, and about a zillion little mom and pop stores on Clement Street and Irving Street. The Chinese food stores where you can grab some deli to go are great too. Really, food is so good you can get fat so easily.
