"cute, nice street"

Drake Avenue is a cute street of pretty nice, small but affordable homes. This is close to Paradise Valley Park and also Sign Park. This area is close enough to the hills to feel removed from the city, yet you are close to the 101 Freeway for easy access to the city. A good location and good value.
