I would love to live in Durango, any advice?

I would need to rent and find a job...any advice? I have lived in Boulder for almost 20 years.

It probably depends on what you do for a living. Can you work or consult from home? If not, I would just keep you're eyes peeled for job openings down there by watching job postings on the internet or maybe periodically calling companies located there. Good luck!
