"small town country road, great for farming."
Dutch Neck Rd., is the street I grew up on. Fresh, clean air ( unless you count the smell of horse and chicken manure) and wide open acre after acre of green fields. Here my Dad rented out over 15 acres and the local farmers planted soybean and lettuce. The lots next to ours were owned by a local company that grew apples, peaches, plums, and nectarines. You could drive down to 'Sunny Slopes' and get a free cup of apple cider when in season. I spent most of my child hood riding my bike up and down this street. The worse thing I ever saw was a dog that wanted to chase me. No violence here. Good schools and small but effective local government.
