"Road Construction Makes Street Dangerous to Drive or Walk On"
E. 130th St, between Park Ave and Lexington Ave is not the best place to drive your car or walk. It is split in the middle by construction, which makes the area unsafe.
If you can get past this area toward 3rd Ave., you will arrive at a ramp that will take you up 3rd Ave, or to Harlem River Dr.
