Are there ever any apartments listed in private homes in Hillside Lake?

Right now, there are two for-rent listings that I see, but both say "house for rent" and not "apartment for rent." I would imagine that it does happen occasionally, but Hillside Lake is a pretty small area so opportunities are limited.

I figure that rental opportunities specifically in Hillside Lake are on the rare side. There are no apartment buildings or complexes here at all to my knowledge, so any rentals that come up would be in private homes.
