What hardware stores are in East Fishkill?

There are a couple. There's a True Value on Route 82, a Williams Lumber on Route 82, a place called Route 52 Supplies (which tells you where it is), and a place called Condon Lumber which is in Stormville on South Green Haven Road.

For the really big home improvement centers, there are Home Depots in Fishkill and Wappingers Falls, and a Lowe's in Poughkeepsie next to the Galleria.
