What is the best Italian restaurant in East Fishkill?

I haven't eaten at all of them, but I would say that my favorite of them is Tiramisu Cafe in Hopewell Junction. I really enjoyed the food there, especially those garlic knots!

There are probably plenty of other restaurants in East Fishkill that represent themselves well, but this one is my favorite.
