What's the best park in East Fishkill?

I'm partial to the Hopewell Recreation Center just off the main village of Hopewell Junction. There's a lot to do there as far as activities -- there are baseball fields, tennis courts, a football field and even what looks like a hockey rink. I also know that during the year there are events taking place there -- for example, there was an Italian festival which I attended a few years back in the summertime, and aside from all the fun and games at the fair, the fresh food served was excellent.
