aug 2016, can anyone pls update the area as far as safety and culture? 110th and 5th ave--

has crime gone down this year? I know it looks pretty and Ive heard there are neat shops. young professional starting wrk in financial district, but with a low salary. please advise, thanks! ( the comments on here are older)
