Is East Iliff Ave area good to raise a family?

I'm thinking of moving to denver and found the Woodstream Falls apartments- I have a 13 and 11 year old so I'm curious about the schools as well.

This area is really nice, with pretty tree lined streets and attractive homes. There are some really great parks nearby for your kids which seem pretty safe. The schools are all highly rated, especially for being public.
