4th Avenue South "Sculptor's Alley" East Lake {East Lake Arts District}

Located in the beating heart of the up-and-coming East Lake Arts District we are seeing that 4th Avenue South West of Oporto-Madrid Blvd and ending at the Cascade Plunge Property is beginning to become the Sculptor’s Alley. Artists, musicians and more are encouraged to relocate into this bohemian area of town. 4th Avenue South is pushing to attract our Birmingham’s sculptors to relocate closer together. Those wishing to join us can find a rental on our street or buy into one of these historical 4th Avenue South Bungalows or American Tudors. Houses rage from 20-80 thousand.
