Artists, musicians and more are encouraged to relocate into this bohemian area of town. 4th Avenue South is pushing to attract our Birmingham’s sculptors to relocate closer together. Those wishing to join us can find a rental on our street or buy into one of these historical 4th Avenue South Bungalows or American Tudors. Houses rage from 20-80 thousand. Get your sculpting tools and join us on 4th Avenue South!
