Best East Side, Chicago restaurants? What do the locals think are the best in the neighborhood?

I've barely ever eaten dinner or lunch in East Side. It's not really a place you go to dine, but I've heard good things about Mexican Inn, so GGChicago is probably spot on with that choice. I can't say the others are good or bad.
