Anybody with great leads on Edgewater studios?

Hello - I'm moving to Chicago in June, and am seeking a studio in Edgewater. Of course, I am familiar with how to find a place, but I thought I'd post the question here as well, just in case anyone knows of any dog-friendly (5 lb. chihuahua) studios for June 1, or even May 1? Thank you!!
