Edgewater, Chicago - What are the most expensive streets in the neighborhood?

I'd want to be on the southside of Edgewater, since it'd be closer to the heart of Chicago, so the southern streets like Bryn Mawr or Balmoral would likely be the most expensive.

A few of the more expensive streets in Edgewater are: W. Hood Ave., W. Farragut Ave., and W. Granville Ave..
