Edison Park isn't bad in terms of real estate prices, but I think Oriole Ave is a bit more expensive W. Fitch is a bit more expensive as well.

A few of the more expensive streets in Edison Park are: N. Oriole Ave., N. Olympic Ave., N. Oleander Ave., and N. Oketo Ave..
