Elizabeth Street is another one of Coconut Grove's best kept secrets. This street can be taken from Bird Avenue all the way down to the Coconut Grove shopping district. Elizabeth Street is lined with shade trees and is rarely busy with traffic. Often, you will find children playing and if you live close enough to Peacock park or the restaurants and nightlife on Grande Avenue, you can hear many local bands playing great music or even attend a festival or two. Living in Coconut Grove is splendid if you are living on Elizabeth Street.
