What are some good restaurants in Estes Park?

The Casa Grande Mexican Restaurant has been a stop of ours for many years. They are right in the thick of it downtown so you can people watch while you're there as well. The food is good and the margaritas are great. There's a fun, upbeat atmosphere. We've also gone to the Grumpy Gringo several times, which is farther out of town and not within walking distance of anything. It doesn't get as good of reviews, but we've never had a bad experience. Although if you're trying to choose between Mexican places, Casa Grande is better food wise. We tend to eat a lot of Mexican when we go out, so I can't comment on too many other restaurants there.
