What are the most expensive streets in Excelsior, San Francisco?

I've spent plenty of time traipsing the streets around here, and haven't seen a significant difference from street to street. Block to block, definitely. Individual blocks are better maintained and in better shape than others. But no single north-south or east-west street stands out.
