Is the Fishkill business district usually bustling with consumer activity? Any tourists?

There is usually quite a bit of consumer activity in Fishkill, both from locals and from the shopping-impaired towns south in Putnam County. I would not call Fishkill a tourist destination; there are things to do, but it's not a place you'd go unless you were visiting friends or relatives.
