There’s a lot of new housing development in Fishkill; are there affordable housing options?

Well, according to the town's own website there are. They say the have both affordable and senior housing. Right now, from what I can gather, I am seeing only the senior housing in actual existence with plans for the affordable housing to come in the near future. Senior Horizons is a 90 apartment community on Dogwood Lane in Fishkill.
