What's the average lot size in Fishkill?

Unfortunately, there isn't any specific data I can point towards, but what I will say is that in the last decade or so, a lot of new houses are going up in Fishkill and they tend to be pretty close together. There are older sections of town where the homes are a little more spread out and you can end up with a bit of land, but if you get something newer, you will probably not have much of a lot to work with at all.
