It's true that Forest Glen is expensive, and I think the most expensive places are near Cicero, so be aware that you'll pay extra in that area.

The entire neighborhood of Forest Glen is expensive. This is the neighborhood where all the elite Chicagoan's live and the rest of Chicago aspires to move to. The houses are big and the area is beautiful.
