Home price range in Forest Glen, Chicago - What can I expect to pay at the top, low and mid range?

Forest Glen is a very nice area with a fair number of expensive homes. You can reasonably expect to pay over $800000 for a home here, and probably not less than $200000 for cheaper places.

The average listing price for a home in Forest Glen, Chicago is $530K. At the high end you can expect to pay upwards of $800K. There are not many 'low end' homes in the area. The lowest price you might find would be around $140K, and that would be for a small 2 bedroom home.
