Forest Island Dr, Florida

We almost bought a house here until we visited at night. The neighborhood is really nice and has lots of families. I believe there is a community clubhouse with pool. You can hear some noise from UCF but it's random and not too bad.

However, at night, you can see the lights shining from UCF. The backyard is well lit, like it's still dusk. It's as if the sun never truly sets in the sky because the area is still bright at night.

The UCF stadium has been built nearby since I was last here so I can only imagine how much light and noise there is now.
