Who gets to live in the former army housing in Fort Mason?

The homes are occupied, are they available to rent?

I don't really know, but I remember reading somewhere that a Fort Mason 3-bedroom was going for $6700/month. I think, however, that it was actually adjacent to Fort Mason, not in it. To my knowledge they don't have rentals in Fort Mason, but could be wrong.
