What is the easiest way to get to Lexington from Frankfort?

You're going to want to take I-64W. Dependent on where you live in Lexington you can probably get to 64 in a few different ways, but as a general rule you can take Newtown Pike to 64 and head West and you'll be in Frankfort in about 30 minutes.
