"cul de sac by park"

Franklin Avenue is a pretty nice street ending in a cul de sac up by Sign Hill Park. It is nice because it feels quiet and secluded although you are not far from the city. To get away from it all just take a short hike in the park. The street itself is older, plain looking homes, ok and affordable.
