Are there any fun annual festivals in Canon City?

For over 75 years Canon City has played host to the Annual Music & Blossom Festival. Typically held in May the festival is for national high school and junior high/middle school bands to compete in several categories. There is also a pageant, a 5K race, and many different food vendors. There's also the Royal Gorge Whitewater Festival which has different types of races on the river along with demonstrations, food vendors, kids play area and live bands. This festival is usually held in June.
