"Frisco 411"
Its a nice suburb with new construction. It lacks character and commute to town and airport suck. They have plenty of shopping and dinning. Schools perform well for state tests but lag way behind other good districts in SAT/ACT scores, college addmissions, National Merit Scholarships, Academic Competitions etc. There are plenty high schools but no IB, Health or STEM options and AP performance doesn't match with demographics.
Pros
- Safe
- New construction
- Lots of space to build new homes
Cons
- Cookie a Cutter
- Long Commute
- You compete with builders for resale so easy to buy but hard to sell.

"Best use of your Day"
I have visited this place quite a number of times normally while going to Ikea. this drive is sortta commercial since many big outlets are here.
For those who dont have a car, you could take the DART light rail from downtown to Plano, then call for a taxi to get to Ikea. It is about 1.3 miles away from the rail station. (one of my friends used to go to ikea this way). Dont for get to visit Rooms to go and Ashley, but they are a bit expensive.

"A furniture outlet hub"
With IKEA nearby this place is crowded! It has a lot of IKEA customers driving in and out all day long. You have to visit this place if you are going to IKEA, not a recommended place for living though. There are some other furniture outlets nearby. Be very vigilant and careful while driving here.
