"Nice Neighborhood North of Windermere"
This is a really nice neighborhood just north of the Windermere area. It's hard to tell where Windermere and Winter Garden connect to Gotha. It really is a hidden jewel in the area.
Even though I only lived here for a short time, I really like the area. The homes and the people are nice. Everyone keeps mostly to themselves. There are a lot of families in this neighborhood. The school system is really good.
There is some traffic congestion in the area. All of the winding roads in the area make it hard to figure out what direction you are heading in as you drive around for the first time. It's not so bad once you get to know the "lay of the land."
Nearby dining and retail choices are limited but you can find just about any restaurant or store within 30 minutes of here.
