"A gateway to warehouses and storage"
Gateway isn't a 'neighborhood' in the traditional sense of the word. It is made up of warehouses, loading docks, and storage areas. I can't think of any homes in this area at all. A long stretch of the border is next to I-70, although right after the exit to the airport it is relatively smooth sailing with no traffic.
There is a gas station that accommodates semi trucks and a few fast food restaurants in the areas such as a McDonalds, Burger King, and a new Jack in the Box.
