Tips Needed! We are looking to relocate to Williamsburg.

My partner and I are thinking of moving to Williamsburg next year. What is the average rent price for a studio or apartment? Which is the best area to live? Any one with tips will be greatly appreciated!

If you are planning to rely on the L train, Don't move. They are closing it down for a year for repairs.
